We are seeking a highly skilled licensed Electrician with conduit bending experience and knowledge of electrical theory and electrical codes for our Marion, IA office to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish, and understands the power of teamwork. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $75 per hour, depending on license type and experience. Because we want YOU to join our team, we're also offering a $2500 Sign-On Bonus!

Position Responsibilities:

The Electricians are responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems for solar installations on residential and commercial properties. The Electricians will work closely with the Installation Crew, Field Support Supervisor and other team members to ensure that all solar installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Install and connect electrical systems for solar installations, including panels, inverters, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems as needed
• Ensure that all electrical work meets local and national electrical codes and regulations
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment needed for installations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of equipment and materials
• Communicate effectively with the Installation Crew, Field Support Supervisor and other team members regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and meets customer expectations
• Participate in training and development opportunities to continually improve electrical skills and knowledge
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and best practices
• Perform conduit bending and wiring in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Ensure all work meets electrical codes and safety standards

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Residential or Journeyman Electrician
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, with a focus on residential and commercial installations
• Knowledge of electrical theory and electrical codes
• Experience in conduit bending and electrical installations
• Overnight travel and overtime may be required depending on business needs
• Punctual and reliable

Bonus points top pay for candidates with:

MPU installation experience

Master Residential or Journeyman Electrician License
